Phuket Blue Kombucha Flavour

We make our Phuket Blue kombucha by first taking juicy fresh lemons directly from our Thai Farmers and extract all their tangy delicious juice from them.

Then we take locally-grown Thai ginger and extract that juice from the haul. Fresh ginger juice gives a spicy hot kick with those healthy probiotics.

Finally, we add Nature’s own Super Food - blue spirulina - to give that jaw-dropping electric blue colour of the booch.

It’s really something to look at.

But don’t look too long - we want you to enjoy it’s fizzy tangy slightly sweet, slightly- our blueness over ice in a glass to show off your drink to your legions of Instagram peeps in the best light.

Oh, and of course all our kombucha flavours are virtually ZERO sugar (<1g per serve!), so you can drink your booch refreshment with zero guilt (unless you want to use it as the base to an alcoholic kombucha cocktail - we won't stop you!)
